Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer exchanges for online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use or alteration
- Jewellery
- Scarves, Hats, Gloves
- Vouchers
- Items received after the 10 day return period.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Additional Information:
- Returned items will be processed within a 7 day period once all conditions of our Return Policy have been met
- The item/s are your responsibility until it has been received by us instore. For your protection, we recommend that you ensure your delivery option offers insurance to the value of the order.
- You will be liable for any shipping fees for returned items
- We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns
